An Excellent Sea Watch!

As southerly winds were forecast for the day I spent most the day in the sea watching hide with a virtually constant up channel movement of birds.
06.15-10.30 & 10.45-11.45 & 13.00-17.00 with AJG,MH,DW,CP,L & PH et al:

A brief visit to Scotney logged my first Yellow Wagtail of the year, but little else there in the strong wind.
A safe resting place for this Herring Gull at Scotney
