A drizzly day with a strong westerly wind provided the perfect recipe for a quiet day avian wise  around the peninsula. A brief look at the sea from the fishing boats this morning saw a cute Common Seal along with the usual few Sandwich Terns, Gannets and Arctic Skuas also a single Curlew flew west.
